Metal Keychains
Die-cast zinc alloy or stamped iron/brass, finished with soft or hard enamel colour, or left as polished, antique or sandblasted metal. Options include engraved or 3D sculpted designs and bottle-opener keychains. A durable, premium choice for corporate gifts and awards.
Soft PVC Keychains
Flexible, rubber-like keychains moulded in 2D or 3D, in single or double-sided designs. Bright, lightweight, waterproof and child-friendly in feel, popular for characters, mascots, events and promotions.
Acrylic Keychains
Clear or coloured acrylic printed in full colour, single or double-sided. Ideal for photos, illustrations, anime and creator merch, and gradients that would be hard to reproduce in enamel. Glitter, holographic and frosted effects are available.

Specifications
Size Most keychains are 30–60 mm (about 1.2″–2.4″) on the longest side. Other sizes are available on request.
Metal finishes Gold, silver, black nickel, antique gold, antique silver, antique bronze and copper plating, with optional enamel colour fill.
PVC options 2D (flat layers) or 3D (sculpted), single- or double-sided, Pantone-matched colours, with glow-in-the-dark and glitter available.
Acrylic options Clear or coloured acrylic, typically 3–5 mm thick, single- or double-sided printing, with glitter, holographic and epoxy-coated finishes.
Hardware Split ring, lobster clasp, bead chain, carabiner, wrist strap or lanyard loop. Ring colour can be matched to the plating.
Packaging Individual poly bags as standard. Backer cards, hang tags, gift boxes and presentation boxes are available.
MOQ and Pricing
- Low minimums: Many keychain projects start from around 100 pieces per design. The exact minimum depends on material and process.
- Volume breaks: Unit prices drop at common breaks such as 300, 500 and 1,000+ pieces.
- Minimum order value: $99 per order.
- Tooling: Metal and PVC keychains need a mould for each new design. Any mould cost is shown separately on your quote. Acrylic keychains usually need no mould.
Price depends on material, size, number of colours, finish, double-sided options, hardware, packaging and delivery country. Send your artwork with a target quantity and we will quote with volume breaks.
Lead Time and Delivery
After proof approval, typical production time is around two to three weeks, plus shipping. Your quote will confirm the timeline for your order.
- UK, EU and Australia: We aim to ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so duties and taxes are included in your quote.
- United States: Usually DAP (duties paid by the receiver), or DDP for larger orders, typically 500 pieces or more.
FAQ
Which keychain material is best for corporate gifts? Metal enamel keychains feel the most premium and last the longest. Soft PVC is a good choice for colourful, friendly designs, and acrylic is best when your design is a photo or detailed illustration.
Can keychains be double-sided? Yes. PVC and acrylic keychains can carry different designs on each side. Metal keychains can have a design on the front and an engraved or stamped message on the back.
Can you add a bottle opener or other function? Yes. Bottle-opener keychains are available in metal. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible.
What artwork do you need? Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are ideal. For acrylic keychains, high-resolution artwork (300 dpi or more) gives the best print. A PNG or JPG is fine for quoting.
Is the digital proof free? Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof showing size, colours, finish and hardware. Production starts only after you approve it.
Can I order a sample before bulk? Yes. Pre-production samples are available at a sample cost, which may be credited against your bulk order. We will confirm details on your quote.
