Choose Your Pin Style
Soft Enamel Pins
Our most popular style. Colour is filled into recessed areas between raised metal lines, giving a textured, dimensional feel. Bright colours, good value, and suited to merch, events and giveaways. An optional epoxy dome gives a smooth surface.
Hard Enamel Pins
Enamel is filled level with the metal lines and polished flat for a smooth, jewellery-like finish. More durable and premium-looking, a common choice for corporate logos, service awards and retail collections.
Die-Struck Pins
Stamped metal with no colour fill, or minimal colour. The design is created by raised and recessed metal, often with a sandblasted or antique finish. Classic and understated, ideal for corporate, military-style and commemorative pins.
Printed Pins
Artwork is printed (offset or UV) onto the metal base and usually sealed with a clear epoxy coating. Best for photos, gradients and fine detail that cannot be separated into solid enamel colours.
Not sure which to choose? Describe how the pins will be used and we will suggest the best option in your proof.

MOQ and Pricing
We keep minimums low so you can test a design before committing to large volume.
- Small runs: Many enamel pin projects start from around 100 pieces per design.
- Volume breaks: Unit prices drop at common breaks such as 300, 500, 1,000 and 3,000+ pieces.
- Minimum order value: $99 per order.
- Tooling: Each new design needs a mould. Mould costs, if any, are shown separately on your quote. Repeat orders can usually reuse the existing mould.
Price depends on size, process, number of colours, plating, backing, extras, packaging and delivery country. Send your artwork and target quantity, ideally two or three quantities you are considering, and we will quote each so you can compare.
Lead Time and Delivery
After proof approval, typical production time is around two to three weeks, plus shipping. Rush options may be available depending on the design. Your quote will confirm the timeline for your specific order.
- UK, EU and Australia: We aim to ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so duties and taxes are included in your quote.
- United States: Usually DAP (duties paid by the receiver), or DDP for larger orders, typically 500 pieces or more.
FAQ
What is the difference between soft and hard enamel pins? Soft enamel has recessed colour with raised metal lines you can feel. Hard enamel is polished flat and smooth. Soft enamel is usually more economical and shows bright colours well. Hard enamel looks more premium and is more durable.
What artwork do you need? Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are ideal. A high-resolution PNG or JPG is fine for quoting, and our team can prepare production artwork from it. Include Pantone references if you need exact colour matching.
Can you match my brand colours? Yes. Enamel colours are mixed to Pantone (PMS) references. We show colour callouts on your digital proof and can make a physical sample for colour-critical projects.
How small can text and details be? Very fine lines and small text may not reproduce cleanly in enamel. We check this when we prepare your proof and suggest adjustments, or recommend a printed pin if the detail requires it.
Is the digital proof free? Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof showing size, colours, plating and backing. Production only starts after you approve it.
Can I order a physical sample? Yes. Pre-production samples are available at a sample cost, which may be credited against your bulk order. We will confirm the cost and timing on your quote.
Can I reorder the same design later? Yes. We keep your artwork and, where possible, your mould on file, so repeat orders are faster and usually avoid new tooling costs.
Do you need permission to use a logo or character? Yes. You must own the artwork or have permission from the rights holder. We do not produce designs that infringe other brands’ trademarks or copyrights.
